Visual Merchandiser

Currently we are looking for:
VISUAL MERCHANDISER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementing the designs and plans created by the Visual Merchandising Manager;
- Responsibility for creating attractive visual window displays, counters and in-store displays, according to company guidelines;
- Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays;
- Participating in the shipping and receiving process and ensuring that merchandise is customer ready before it is placed on the sales floor;
- Assisting sales personnel in replenishing merchandise on the selling floor;
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of cutting-edge fashion and understanding fashion trends and how they pertain to merchandising the floor;
- Sharing knowledge and educating associates on merchandise standards.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- High school education;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- Interest in fashion and VM;
- Creativity and passion for fashion;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills (especially when it comes to setting goals and prioritizing tasks) and detail oriented approach;
- Experience in working on similar positions in Retail will be considered as an advantage.

STORE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting sales goals;
- Ensuring high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service;
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Dealing with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc.);
- Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures;
- Recruiting, training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff;
- Managing staff personnel time tables and overall daily, weekly and monthly work hours.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- High school education or higher education;
- Previous experience on a similar position in textile industry;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Proactive attitude in problem solving;
- Very good interpersonal and negotiating skills;
- Experience in managing multi personal team.
